Nežka, neighbour of 4-year-old Julia and 8-year-old Karmen, writes children's books set in the imaginary world of the Kingdom of the Winds. The sisters discover a gateway that leads them from reality to this mysterious universe. There, they turn into cats and are forcibly separated by the inhabitants of the kingdom. They will have to show a lot of courage and bravery to reunite. With the help of Selma, the singer, they are able to make contact with Sirocco, the Lord of Winds and Storms, who can show them the way back home. But the most terrible stories circulate about him...
