Žan Hauptman is an increasingly recognizable name on the domestic music scene. He introduced himself to a wider audience at last year's Emmys with the song Sledim, which became the most-played song of 2022 on Val 202. Recently, he also reached the top of the list of the most listened-to songs with the hit Bliže.

After the sold-out concert at the presentation of the album Bliže in Ljubljana, Hauptman will also present his second album in Maribor. The expanded line-up reworked songs and hits from the album Finished, not perfect (2021) in a new guise. A concert not to be missed!

The excellent backing band consisting of Pavel Čebašek (drums), Jaka Krušič (bass), Primož Hudoklin (guitar), Alja Senčar (back vocals), and Vanesa Tomažič (back vocals) will also be joined by guests at this concert.

About the album:
Hauptman's second album 'Blizu' consists of a total of 9 tracks. For the instrumental background in the intro, he and producer Erik Asatrian used quite a bit of Hauptman's Daydreamin' of Cali, and the spoken word is a famous message from the novel Don Quixote, written by the Spanish writer Miguel de Cervantes. In addition to envy, the inspiration for Hauptman's album is mainly Hauptman's love for music. This time, he added intimate lyrics to the slightly simpler harmonies, allowing the listener to focus mainly on lyrics that cut straight to the heart.
