Jan Konečnik, a former journalist on Slovenian national television, quit his job and left home with his backpack for over a year. In the year when he traveled a good part of the globe, the online portal MMC (RTV SLO) published travelogues, which under the title "Where is Jan?" became a small brand.
He also summarized his wanderings in Latin America, Asia and Africa in the book of the same name, Where is Jan?
