The novel Senca nad pokrajino duše was published by the Esperanto Society Maribor and is originally written in Esperanto. Spomenka Štimec is a leading figure in the small but vibrant world of Esperanto literature. She is the author of dozens of works in Esperanto and Croatian, and has taught Esperanto language and culture in many countries. Her work has been translated into French, German, Icelandic, Swedish, Chinese and Japanese.
