In her mature years, she tenderly tends to her husband following a debilitating brain stroke. Through the heartfelt letters exchanged with her friend Eva, readers are drawn into a rich tapestry of real-life experiences marked by upheaval and adversity, yet illuminated by moments of profound beauty, humor, and resilience.
Recently released by Založba Pivec, this compelling work will be explored in discussion by translator Stanislava Chrobáková Repar and Prof. Marta Součková from the University of Prešov.
