Warm-up before the curtain

Before the curtain rises, it’s time for a shared family warm-up. Through play, movement, and fun challenges, children and parents will wake up their bodies, sharpen their focus, and get ready for the theatrical adventure ahead. Along the way, they will learn simple exercises that can brighten the day and help break up long hours of sitting – at home, at school, or at work. Because movement is at its most joyful when it connects generations.
