Tone Partljič's new book continues his testimony about his hometown Maribor. This time it deals with the 1930s when Maribor was becoming an industrial center with railway workshops and a unique railway workers' residential colony, the textile industry, and raft transit on the Drava and the Fala power plant. This is the "Maribor chronicle", a mixture of history and fiction. At the premiere presentation of the book, Darka Tancer - Kajnih will talk to the author.
